Hi everyone, just wanna say we all fought hard for ourselves, our teams and the club on Wednesday. But lots more to work on for the coming wk so that we can perform better agst other teams ok?
Since we'll have a long break before our next game, those who are not away pls do train hard with JL. Those who are away...ahem like me, will visualise every night training with everyone and doing runs/sprints/shooting/defending etc just like what Jenny is doing. I guarantee we will be very tired when morning comes cos we wld have worked out so hard during the night visualizations. Haha..sorry I'm talking crap.
